• Low-overhead Costs — Virtually all ICF staff members volunteer their time without compensation, resulting in administrative costs that are consistently less than 1% of contributions (0.4% for fiscal 2007)
• Local Indigenous Ministers — by working through local Christian missionaries we make certain that resources move directly to those in greatest need, with minimal loss due to transport, logistics, theft and graft
