International Children's Fund provides this Donor Privacy Policy to make you aware of our privacy policy, and to inform you of the way your information will be used. We also provide you with the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list, if you desire to do so.

This information is maintained in secure files and in a computer database which is protected by user identification and passwords. It is also protected against access from outside International Children's Fund.
How information is used
International Children's Fund uses your information to understand your needs and provide you with better service. Personal donor information is used to maintain a record of all donations to International Children's Fund, to acknowledge gifts made, and to communicate with donors in the future. We use the comments you offer to provide you with the information requested, and we take seriously each recommendation as to how we might improve communications.
No sharing of personal information
International Children's Fund will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to another organization. However, names are occasionally exchanged with other charitable organizations. If you would prefer to be excluded from such exchanges, please contact us.
Removing your name from our mailing list
It is our desire not to send unwanted mail either by mail, email or telephone to our donors. Please use our online Communication Preference form if you wish to be removed from our mailing list or if you wish to limit the type of mailings that you receive. Anyone wishing to verify or update their personal information may contact International Children's Fund as indicated below. Please include your old and new information so we can make the necessary changes.

Commitment by consultants
International Children's Fund periodically engages outside consultants to provide strategic and/or operational advice and expertise. All consultants are required to agree in writing to maintain the confidentiality of any personal donor information reviewed during the course of the consultancy and comply with this privacy policy.
